Program Objectives
The objective of the Effective Finance for Executives program is to provide participants with theoretical and practical training in financial management and investment management, which are the core components of finance.
Financial management focuses on the acquisition and effective use of capital within a company, while investment management centers on security analysis, valuation, and portfolio management.
This program is designed as an overview of the critical frameworks and tools of modern finance. It aims to empower participants by equipping them with financial tools to make better decisions and become even greater assets to their organizations.
The program eliminates financial barriers that executives and managers face, providing participants with tools that can be immediately applied in any organization. At the same time, it retains its academic character, making it useful for professionals seeking employment or career change.
Participants will develop the skills required to critically assess their company’s financial condition and needs, efficiently allocate financial resources within their organization, and evaluate major investment projects.
Additionally, the program will help participants enhance their ability to communicate effectively with their company’s financial executives and engage competitively with key external funding sources, such as lenders and shareholders.
