Program Objectives
The objective of the Business Administration for Executives program is to provide participants with theoretical and practical training in Business Administration while enhancing their managerial and leadership skills, enabling them to meet the demands of today’s business environment.
The program aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge required to identify, analyze, and develop solutions for key business challenges faced by private and public organizations.
Participants will become familiar with key economic and financial concepts for executives, decision-making methodologies, business strategy formulation, and financial statement analysis. Additionally, they will explore fundamental business administration practices, including marketing, human resources, and financial management.
It is widely recognized that business professionals worldwide seek opportunities to advance their careers.
One of the most popular ways to achieve this is by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
However, these programs typically require two years of full-time study to complete.
For many professionals working under demanding schedules, finding the necessary time to enroll in such a graduate program is nearly impossible.
To address this challenge, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens offers an educational program designed to provide executives and professionals with the most essential business administration knowledge typically covered in a traditional MBA program.
