Non-Profit Nature
The Executive Programs offered by the Center for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens are non-profit educational programs. These programs are self-funded through student tuition fees.
Discount Categories

Category A -10%
Unemployed individuals
Individuals with special needs
Employees of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Research Centers
Participation of three or more individuals from the same organization

Category B -5%
Early registration up to one month before the application deadline
Full upfront payment before the program start date
The above discount categories cannot be combined. If a participant qualifies for both categories, the discount with the highest percentage will be applied.
Discount Eligibility Terms
To qualify for a tuition discount under the above categories, the following steps must be completed:
- Application Submission: Interested participants must submit an application for the educational program of their choice through the Executive Programs website.
- Approval & Documentation: After submitting the application, the Executive Programs Secretariat will send relevant details, including information on discount eligibility.
- Verification: A completed Declaration Form and supporting documents proving eligibility must be submitted.
- Approval by the Evaluation Committee: The relevant application will be reviewed and approved by the competent Application Evaluation Committee.

Tuition Payment Schedule
Tuition fees are paid in installments as follows:
- Deposit: 1/3 of the tuition fee upon registration
- First Installment: 1/3 of the tuition fee before the program starts
- Second Installment: 1/3 of the tuition fee before 50% of the program duration is completed

Example A
5-month program with a total cost of 600€ and a 10% discount
Final program cost: 600€ – (10% * 600€) = 600€ – 60€ = 540€
Deposit upon registration: 1/3 * 540€ = 180€
1st installment (before program start): 1/3 * 540€ = 180€
2nd installment (before 50% program completion): 1/3 * 540€ = 180€

3-month program with a total cost of 300€ and a 5% discount
Final program cost: 300€ – (5% * 300€) = 300€ – 15€ = 285€
Deposit upon registration: 1/3 * 285€ = 95€
1st installment (before program start): 1/3 * 285€ = 95€
2nd installment (before 50% program completion): 1/3 * 285€ = 95€

1-month program with a total cost of 150€ and a 5% discount
Final program cost: 150€ – (5% * 150€) = 150€ – 7,50€ = 142,50€
One-time payment: 142,50€
